ABOUT

Allison serves as the Senior Minister at the Congregational Church in Cumberland, United Church of Christ. She is a graduate of Union Theological Seminary in NYC and is originally from North Carolina where she graduated from NCSU. She has served churches in Bethesda, MD and Wilton, ME and as an interim pastor in a number of churches in Maine.

The Cumberland Congregational Church, UCC is a wonderful place because putting “Love in Action” is close to Allison’s heart! She seeks to share Jesus’ “extravagant welcome” and believes worship should be welcoming, engaging, challenging, joyful, and full of hope!

Passionate about social justice and change, and our power to make a difference in the world, Allison convened and serves on the Anti-Racism Resource Team for the ME Conference UCC. She introduced the Multilingual worship service at CCCUCC and loves learning new songs in Portuguese, Lingala, and French.

She is married to Gregory Greenleaf, a teacher at Greely HS, and they are blessed to have three daughters who are in high school, college, etc. They live in Harpswell with their black lab, Echo, golden retriever, Teddy, and Maine coon cats, Jazzy and Isla.

Allison enjoys hiking, gardening, photography, and being near the ocean.
