The goal of the CCC church school program is to be a safe and comfortable space for children to explore their relationships with God. We teach them about the Bible, the teachings of Jesus and the Christian tradition. Most importantly, we teach them how to apply those lessons of love in their everyday lives.
Children start the morning in the sanctuary. Partway through the service, the pastor calls them to the front for Children’s Time. After that, they are dismissed to their church school classes.
Visitors are always welcome!

What is the F.A.I.R?
The F.A.I.R. is our church’s Sunday School program for kindergarten through sixth grade. It’s short for Faith and Inspiration Rotation. It is a hands-on approach to learning and internalizing Bible lessons.
How is it different?
Children spend a month learning about a bible story. (They therefore learn fewer stories in a year, but at a much greater depth.) They visit one of the four stations each week where they learn interactively through drama, art, cooking, games, storytelling and more..

What are the benefits?
The month-long units allow children to really understand the lesson. They workshops are designed so they can connect the story to their own lives, and have fun, too!
Teachers get the benefit of teaching in a medium that they enjoy- woodworking, games, storytelling… whatever, and sharing their love of God with the children in a new way.

What about preschoolers?
The youngest children in our church school program meet each week in a traditional classroom to hear stories and sing songs together.
